Due to the low price points of our products, we know how important it is to keep the shipping costs down. We have compared countless shipping options to find you the most affordable method for your order size and country of residence. If there was some fancy work-around that would save you 10 cents, we did it. We look forward to growing the company so we can soon offer you free shipping. Our candles and soaps are made with a lot of TLC and need time to properly cure before they’re ready for your enjoyment. We could add in chemicals to by-pass this step, but we figured you’d agree it’s worth the wait to have the good stuff. As a result, if there’s a big demand and our supply is depleted, fulfillment can take up to 4-6 weeks. If the wait gets that long, we’ll always find a way to make the wait fun. Generally that isn’t a problem, and if all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 1-2 weeks depending on your shipping method and location.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If an item is received damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at Contact@ApisCera.com and have your order information ready, because we’re going to fix thing up faster than a kitty on catnip.
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Apis Cera (within 10 days of delivery) for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.
